For example, prices here can range from as low as $160,000 for a three-bedroom split-level to upwards of $500,000 for a five-bedroom ranch-style. Most homes were constructed in the late 1970s, resulting in ramblers and split-level designs common of the era. Single-family homes are the most common here and most feature attached garages, paved driveways and backyard fencing. Some multi-family 'twin' style homes are also available. The streets here are primarily residential, and Brookdale Drive branches off into cul-de-sacs.
