Just east of the community, residents can walk to riverside parks and trails along the Mississippi River, while also enjoying several parks and amenities within the neighborhood itself, a benefit of Brooklyn Park’s thoughtful city planning. The neighborhood receives a CAP Index Crime Score of 1 out of 10 — the lowest possible score — while maintaining a quiet residential feel thanks to its distance from state Route 610.
