Recently built new traditional homes set in farmland

Residential options in Browns Summit largely consist of single-family properties built between the mid-20th century and today. Clusters of developments intermingle with active farmland and more secluded properties on several acres. Several new subdivisions, such as Fairgrove Meadows and Wellington, have spacious traditional-style and Craftsman-inspired homes with two-car garages. Brick ranches and manufactured homes are common among the area’s older residences.
