To be able to find that in a new construction home is a big advantage. That’s also becoming attractive to investors.”
New construction homes at low prices for Bryan-College Station
“Mostly what I’ve sold in that area is new construction,” Lopez says. “Builders are buying up lots and older tear-down homes. They are renovating older homes as well. The ones that can’t be remodeled are being taken down, and new homes are being constructed.” Most listings in Carver are new construction single-family homes, typically bungalows. Most prices fall between $135,000 and $290,000.
