A variety of single-family options with HOA control
Homes will be in a variety of one- or two-story New Traditional designs with colored stone accents. Sizes will range from 1,700 to 3,500 square feet. The first phase of construction is well underway, and sales are being completed. “We're getting utilities in and landscaping,” says Jared Glazar, vice president of strategic marketing at Milestone Community Builders. “[We] have our first closings early March with move ins into our model homes [happening in] a couple of weeks after having an official opening in early March.”
Glazar says prices will range from the mid-$500,000s to the mid-$700,000s, depending on the home's size and style. “We've been preselling for several months and probably have anywhere from 15 to 20 homes sold and inventory in the ground,” Glazar says. “We’re entering an exciting stage right now.”
A homeowners' association will oversee Persimmon and charge $60 per month. The HOA will allow residents to access the amenity center and other outdoor facilities. Homes will be on winding streets with smaller lots and young trees. Glazar says properties will be built out in several phases and may take over a decade to complete the entire project.
