Lakeway Harbor’s winding streets and above-average lot sizes provide residents with seclusion and privacy. “There are manufactured houses and some nice lake homes,” says Maribel Cantu, local Realtor with Fathom Realty. Manufactured homes with vinyl exteriors are the predominant style and sit under the shade of towering pine trees. Many houses feature detached garages and sheds to store watercraft and other vehicles. Lakefront houses with private boat docks are also available, although waterfront property is limited. Numerous empty lots are scattered throughout, providing an excellent opportunity for residents to build their lakeside escape. Single-family houses cost between $100,000 and $175,000, while empty lots sell from $10,000 to $50,000. The Lakeway Harbor HOA provides community services and activities, and dues are relativity low.
