The neighborhood features the Reserve at Fox Creek, a gated community of manufactured homes for seniors. Prices range between $120,000 and $160,000, and residents can take advantage of a community fitness center and pool. Several 55-plus communities are scattered throughout the neighborhood, like Fox Creek Sanctuary, where people get access to a pool, spa and barbecue area. Diamondback Elementary is popular with residents
Kids in Fox Creek attend the Bullhead City School District, beginning at Diamondback Elementary, which has a C-plus Niche rating. “Diamondback is regarded as one of the top schools in the district, and when we moved, we made sure our kids could still go there,” says Tara McMullen, Bullhead City local and agent at Premier Executives Real Estate.
