Secluded living near Laughlin, Nevada
Punto de Vista is a quiet and secluded Arizona neighborhood where locals have room to spread out and enjoy the desert views. “It’s wide open out here. You get some incredible views of the Black Mountains, and nothing blocks them,” says Cindy Dutcher of BH Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty, who has over two decades of experience in the area. “People here like the fact that there’s no HOA. They can go four-wheeling right outside the neighborhood on desert trails, and there’s just a sense of freedom being out here.” The neighborhood sits 5 miles east of Laughlin, Nevada, home to many casinos, chain restaurants and outdoor areas. In addition, the Colorado River is just 5 miles away, providing plenty of recreational activities.

Manufactured and ranch-style homes with no HOA
Homes in Punto de Vista are either manufactured homes costing between $160,000 and $210,000 or ranch-style houses costing between $300,000 and $415,000. Most ranch-style houses have stucco facades and tile roofs, driveways and attached garages. “The homes are on really large lots ranging from half an acre to over a full acre,” says Dutcher. “Everyone is on septic out here, but I’ve never had a client complain about it.” Properties sit off winding, quiet desert roads and have palm trees, cacti and rock formations instead of grassy yards. The lack of greenery helps protect against the spreading of wildfires.
