"If you're looking to buy or lease a new car, go to 1st Avenue, where there are several car dealerships, including Honda, Chevrolet and Nissan," Grigoriev says. Locals who want a little retail therapy go to the Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, which is less than a five-mile drive. The mall offers plenty of chain stores and restaurants from which to choose. For foodies, there are several casual and formal dining options nearby. Casa Italiana is a restaurant and an Italian cultural center dedicated to celebrating the spirit of Italy, including its artistic, historical, linguistic, and culinary significance. The establishment holds events, offers programs and sells branded items. Their Casa Café is open for lunch, coffee, pastries, beer and wine. Another option in the neighborhood is Herfy's Burger, which serves gourmet charbroiled burgers, seafood and salads.
Just outside of Northeast Burien, Fred Meyer is the place to go for all of your shopping needs.
