Sunnydale is a community where residents can commune with nature yet still be close to transportation, shops and restaurants. "Most people move here for its proximity to the airport," says Vladimir Grigoriev, a Realtor with eXp Realty, who recently sold a home to a friend in the neighborhood. "Commuters love it because it's only 15 minutes to downtown Seattle."
Community continues to develop
Many of the residences in the neighborhood were built between 1970 and 1999; however, new construction continues. Sunnydale comprises mostly budget-friendly condominiums with a sprinkling of single-family bungalows and ranch-style homes. The streets are a bit narrow, and not all have sidewalks; however, the community is nestled amongst stately Douglas Fir trees. Outdoor spaces are functional, providing ample areas for outdoor activities and entertaining. Prices here range from $270,00 to $895,000.
