Sunflower Village presents a strong sense of community at the edge of Metro Detroit
Located in Canton Township and the western edge of Metro Detroit, Sunflower Village is bustling with neighborhood activities and nearby shopping conveniences while still offering a quiet suburban atmosphere. “It’s like its own little community within a community,” says eXp Commercial Realtor Brian Lilly, who has sold homes in Canton Township for over five years. “You’ve got two pools, two rec centers. Most kids go to the same schools. It’s well established.” Neighbors come together for seasonal parties, and their kids attend highly rated schools. “If you walk through, you’ll see a really diverse mix of people. There are a lot of friendly neighbors,” says Turgut Tringovski, a Realtor with Moving the Mitten Real Estate Group as well as a local resident. “You’ll see kids playing, people working on their lawns, walking their dogs. It’s just a really nice, pleasant area.”
