Twin Creeks
New Traditional and Craftsman-inspired homes at Twin Creeks Country Club
The grand entrance of Twin Creeks features limestone columns, flowers and short palm trees. Residential streets branch off the neighborhood’s gently curving main road, Twin Creeks Club Drive. Along these tree-shaded blocks sit New Traditional and Craftsman-inspired single-family homes, built between the early 2000s and 2018, with limestone, stucco and brick exteriors. Curved towers, dormer windows and tapered columns add a sense of exotic intrigue. There are also a few Spanish Eclectic designs, Craftsman bungalows and sprawling custom estates. Twin Creek’s highly manicured lots usually cover around a quarter acre, but some stretch to over a third of an acre. Most homes fall between $550,000 and $925,000. However, large custom estates and properties with golf course views can range from $970,000 to $1.2 million. While they’re not on the market often, condos cost between $345,000 and $600,000. Potential buyers should note that properties in Twin Creeks require a mandatory membership at Twin Creeks Country Club and monthly HOA fees of around $33.Private amenities minutes away from Lake Travis
Twin Creeks Country Club’s private 18-hole golf course, designed by decorated professional golfer Fred Couples, loops around the neighborhood, giving golfers uninterrupted views of the rolling countryside. The club’s pool complex features a heated lap pool and a children’s pool, complete with a water slide. Tennis courts are next door, hosting both casual matches and competitive leagues. Daily workouts and fitness classes take place in the Family Activities Center. Neighborhood sidewalks and walking trails lead to Twin Creeks Park, where mature trees cast shadows over a playground and picnic tables. The neighborhood is about a 5-mile drive from the edge of Lake Travis, a regional destination for boating and swimming. “There’s a lot of different boat rental options, like if you want a pontoon or if a family wanted to go water sporting, they have the option to rent a boat with or without a captain,” says Manning, who adds that the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country offers more adventure. “There are a lot of restaurants, wineries and distilleries tucked into the area that makes for a good day or weekend trip.”A top-ranking school district serves students across Cedar Park

The high school, which sits adjacent to the community, is known for its renowned Timberwolf Marching Band, which has won multiple state- and national-level competitions throughout its 25-year history. Lake Travis STEM Academy, which Niche does not yet rate, is a nearby private option. Austin Community College’s Cypress Creek Campus is about 2 miles away.Shopping and dining options in and around Twin Creeks
