To the southwest are the Shoppes at Highland Creek, with a Harris Teeter for groceries and several fast-food joints. Head a mile up Church Prosperity Road from here to stop at Food Lion, Publix, or Aldi, or get a drink and a bite at Eastfield Bar & Grill, a neighborhood dive with everything from draft beers to burgers and karaoke nights.
