Homes range from established Colonial Revival and ranch-style dwellings from the 1980s and ‘90s to New Traditional builds constructed during the last 20 years. Streets tend to be wide enough to fit parked cars on both sides, and well-maintained sidewalks are typical of the neighborhood. Mature trees tower over homes and provide plenty of shade during the warmer months. This neighborhood gives residents plenty of elbow room, with lots usually falling between 5,000 square feet and half an acre.
