Different living options at prices below Ballantyne’s norm

Singe duplex units start around $250,000, while ranch-style homes sell in $300,000s. For a larger split-level, Colonial Revival or raised ranch-style build, buyers are looking at prices up to $450,000. Townhouses and condos are also on the market, selling for anywhere between $200,000 and $600,000 based on location and date of construction. The median home price is about $360,000, which is much lower than Ballantyne’s median of about $500,000.Schools with diverse student bodies and diverse programming
