Renovation-ready bungalows, turnkey Craftsmans and modern townhouses

Bungalows, cottages and two-story homes, primarily Craftsman in style, line Seversville’s tree-shaded streets. These houses, built as early as the late 1920s, feature brick, shingle and colorful vinyl siding, as well as driveways and covered front porches. Some properties are turnkey, while others, typically older homes, may require renovations. There are also modern townhouses with rooftop terraces and balconies with views of the Uptown skyline.
