Housing styles range from midcentury ranches to new transitionals

The neighborhood’s housing stock spans decades. "There are a lot of old and incoming modern homes here," says Jim Hall, a Realtor with CLT Home Group Keller Williams Connected. You’ll find midcentury ranch-style homes on half-acre lots with plenty of room for hobby gardens, sheds or in-ground pools. There are also New Traditionals from the 1990s and early 2000s, as well as newly built Craftsman-inspired transitionals on smaller lots in tract-style subdivisions with wide, sidewalk-lined streets. If a townhouse is more your vibe, there are two- and three-bedroom units from the early 2000s and more recent years.
