Midcentury colonial and ranch-style houses on spacious lots
The colonial, bi-level and ranch-style houses here are on tree-filled properties of usually around half an acre, allowing space for backyard pools. Most were built in the 1950s and ‘60s, and have paved driveways leading to attached garages, so street parking is uncommon. Streets here are narrow and don’t have sidewalks. There are also a few cottages from the early 1900s and a subdivision of new traditional homes from the 1990s. Prices typically range from around $520,000 to $900,000. New construction townhouses are in the community’s north and typically cost between $700,000 and $750,000.
