Ringgold is a modest suburb with a busy main road
On the west end of Clarksville, Ringgold is a suburban community split into two residential areas by a major thoroughfare. Along with easy access to retailers, restaurants and other businesses on Fort Campbell Boulevard, Ringgold is sought after for its home prices. Clarksville Realtor Tori Thomson with Keller Williams Realty says, “This is a more affordable neighborhood with prices typically under the citywide median.” Homebuyers can expect to spend anywhere from $30,000 to $155,000 below the Clarksville median of $315,000. Sales are slower-paced, as well; homes average 54 days on the market, longer than the citywide average of 49 days.

Single-family homes and townhouses with lower-than-average prices
Ringgold is predominantly made up of ranch-style homes and Cape Cods built between the 1990s and early 2000s. They sell for around $185,000 to $285,000. The neighborhood has some flat areas, but some parts are sloped, where homes might have basements built into the hills. Lots are around a quarter to half an acre with plentiful mature trees. Many houses have attached garages. They’re typically in the front, but some houses have driveways that extend to an attached garage in the back. Townhouses aren’t as common, but two-bedroom options have sold for $160,000 to $190,000.

But I’d say it’s most populated during spring and fall when it’s not too hot or cold. The fall foliage is also absolutely gorgeous.” The trailhead has a fitness station, and there are two gyms--Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness--on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
