Ringgold
Single-family homes and townhouses with lower-than-average prices
Ringgold is predominantly made up of ranch-style homes and Cape Cods built between the 1990s and early 2000s. They sell for around $185,000 to $285,000. The neighborhood has some flat areas, but some parts are sloped, where homes might have basements built into the hills. Lots are around a quarter to half an acre with plentiful mature trees. Many houses have attached garages. They’re typically in the front, but some houses have driveways that extend to an attached garage in the back. Townhouses aren’t as common, but two-bedroom options have sold for $160,000 to $190,000.National and local businesses on Fort Campbell Boulevard

The Clarksville Greenway, which runs 9 miles through the city, connects to the park at Mary’s Oak Trailhead. “The greenway is a beautiful, wooded trail for walking and biking,” Thompson says. “It has decent tree coverage, so you don’t get too hot in the summer. But I’d say it’s most populated during spring and fall when it’s not too hot or cold. The fall foliage is also absolutely gorgeous.” The trailhead has a fitness station, and there are two gyms--Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness--on Fort Campbell Boulevard.East and west sides of Fort Campbell Boulevard attend different schools
