Houses in Heritage Hills cost $310,000-$535,000, with the more expensive homes typically having more bedrooms or square footage. HOA fees range from $300-$450 monthly.

Heritage Hills residents can utilize any of the onsite recreational amenities, like the aerobics studio or gym, a golf simulator, craft room and community kitchen, or any of the pools or courts. "There's a lot of clubs and activities for people to choose from," Kincaid says. "You can do as much as you want or as little as you want, because there's always something to do."
Nearby Hancock Park, known for its softball and soccer fields, is one of Clermont’s most popular parks and is home to the Clermont Girls Softball League. The Crooked River Preserve near the northern bank of Lake Louisa is about 6 miles away. The nearly 2-mile loop around the preserve highlights multiple ecosystems and conservation efforts by the local water authority. Lake Louisa State Park also showcases a diversity of wildlife while also lending itself to horseback riding, kayaking, and swimming. Disney World and associated parks and resorts, like Epcot and Animal Kingdom, are all within 20 miles.

Few miles away from main roads
Although Heritage Hills is set away from major highways, the neighborhood is still within a few miles of State Highways 27 and 50, which run north-south and east-west, respectively. Highway 27 runs nearly the entire length of Florida and Highway 50 leads directly to downtown Orlando from Clermont. Orlando International Airport is about 30 miles away via Florida’s Turnpike, a toll road that runs through the central and southern part of the state. The nearest hospital is UF Health Emergency & Urgent Care Center - Clermont, just under 3 miles away.
