The neighborhood of Sandalfoot Cove sits right outside of west Boca Raton, but many consider it part of the city. It embraces a wide variety of housing styles, highly rated local schools, a laid-back vibe, and affordability in an area where home prices are rising. “You’re in Boca Raton, which is expensive, but this area has more affordable houses,” says Realtor Luis Soares at VIP International Realty. “It’s mostly older constructions, but people are buying and renovating to keep it up to date.” Soares says that it’s “just a few minutes from everything,” with parks, local restaurants, and big box shopping all within the neighborhood, and the beach a quick drive away.
