There’s Cherry Hills, which has frisbee golf, pickleball and tennis. There are bike trails all around the area, so there’s a lot to do,” says Hannah Masters, a Realtor with Haven Real Estate who has sold multiple homes in the neighborhood. Located near Government Way and North 4th Street, Northeast Prairie residents also benefit from easy access to Coeur d’Alene’s shopping and dining destinations.

The food truck court on Best Avenue is home to mobile eateries serving sushi, sandwiches, Mexican food and barbecue. Other restaurants recommended by Masters include Westside Pizza and Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese. Living in Northeast Prairie puts residents close to downtown Coeur d’Alene, where North 4th Street is full of local stores selling antiques, jewelry and home goods.
