Horseback riding at Silver Knolls

Silver Knolls Park is an equestrian expert’s dream as it houses horseback riding, hiking trails, a horse arena, youth sports fields and an open multipurpose green space. More soccer fields are found at the 13-acre Village Center Park, along with playgrounds, picnic areas and walking paths. New homes at a nice price
Calm and quiet fill the air around Cold Springs, as comfortable homes with well-maintained lawns and yards line the streets. New home developments fill hilltop cul-de-sacs, featuring a variety of styles that include modern colonial style, single-story traditional and contemporary. Since older homes aren’t bound to HOA guidelines, a little flare gets flashed in custom decorative gates and private entrances to show off the owners’ creativity, especially during the holiday season. “As you’re going out to the North Valleys, you have Sun Valley, Golden Valley, Lemmon Valley, and you also have Stead and Cold Springs,” says Brian Lessinger, Realtor and President of The Lessinger Team under RE/MAX GOLD. “People move to the North Valleys because they’re cost-effective. Cold Springs and Stead have had a lot of new construction over the last 20 years, so you can get an inexpensive, relatively new house in those areas.” Lessinger also purchased his very first home in the North Valleys in the early 1990s. Prices in the area generally range from the $200,000s to the $600,000s, with newer homes starting around the $300,000 and $400,000 range.
In the northern half of Cold Springs, prospective homeowners can find newer single family homes built in the 2000's.
For those looking for a little more privacy, some homes in Cold Springs do come with private gated entrances.
