The large Contemporary, French Country and Mediterranean-style homes generally have four or five bedrooms and can sell between $1 million and $4 million. “There’s one that just sold last year — it’s one of the nicest homes I’ve ever seen in my life,” Green says. “It’s an amazing development, it really is.” Meanwhile, newer homes off the gated Seneca Springs are closely packed together, often featuring three bedrooms. These houses, many with Craftsman influences, go from $700,000 to $1 million. The Indian Lakes HOA covers all the homes throughout the neighborhood, with fees ranging from $70 to $116 per month.
