Many residential streets in Falcon Estates are narrow and unmarked, passing by properties with oak trees and gravel circle driveways. These streets lead to busier roads like the three-lane East Woodman and North Academy. Townhouses built in the late 20th-century and 2010s are clustered in the southern portion of the neighborhood; these properties have brick chimneys and vinyl exteriors, and many are close to outdoor pools and tennis courts. In July, locals can drive 3 miles south for the long-running Pikes Peak Special Rodeo at the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame. Interstate 25 borders the area in the west, linking it to other cities like Denver, 63 miles north. Downtown Colorado Springs is about a 9-mile drive south via Interstate 25. UCHealth Grandview Hospital is about 3 miles southwest of Falcon Estates. Falcon Estates has a larceny CAP Index crime score of 8 out of 10 and a burglary score of 7 out of 10, both higher than the national figure of 4.
