Garden Ranch is zoned for Colorado Springs School District No. 11, one of the largest in the city. This district has an open enrollment policy, so public school students are not restricted to any particular pipeline, pending a student application and school availability. “It’s not a huge pro, but not a con either,” Wade says regarding open enrollment. “It’s nice. It’s a benefit to not be locked into something.” Several private Christian schools nearby serve kindergarten through 12th grade: Colorado Springs Christian School is rated B, and Pikes Peak Christian School is rated B-plus.
