It’s just one part of a quickly-expanding city just an hour and a half south of Denver, filled with opportunities to get outdoors, a mix of numerous home styles and proximity to the city’s local selection of shops and restaurants. “Colorado Springs is growing so, so fast,” says Sarah McGarry, a real estate strategist and team leader of McGarry Home Team. “It’s been exciting to watch that happen.”
