Highly rated schools, access to amenities and a little luxury are among some of the main highlights of the Ivywild neighborhood. “They get to live near the mountains and have the cute stuff a block away,” Ashley Reed, a realtor with 0635 Real Estate Group LLC. The neighborhood is adjacent to Broadmoor, a high-end community at the base of the mountains, and across Fountain Creek from downtown Colorado Springs. The community offers a little of everything, from live music and activities to bike paths to the Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
