Most of Colorado Springs is on the same water systems, with a small section of Springs Ranch outside the Colorado Springs Utilities water service boundary near Piros Drive and Constitution avenues. Safeway is the closest grocery store option, with other options like Sprouts Farmers Market and Asiana Market a few blocks north along Powers Boulevard, also home to big-name retailers like Lowes, Kohl's and Best Buy.
