Close to nature and downtown Colorado Springs
Stratton Meadows is one of the older communities in Colorado Springs that is a desirable part of town for its proximity to downtown and Colorado's great outdoors at a friendlier price. "You can see the mountains and have that mountain feel while being in a central location just a few minutes from downtown and the Nevada Corridor shopping area," Kristien Anderson, the Meadows Park Community Center Administrator Assistant, says. Interstate 25 is easily accessible for locals and can take them north to Denver.
