Proximity and scenic views in Colorado Springs
Vista Grande means “great view” in Spanish, and while the view of the area is great, the newer houses and breathing room between lots attract people looking for a quiet lifestyle central to Colorado Springs. “I live in Vista Grande, and I love living here,” Erik Galloway, with Real Broker LLC, says. “You see people walking their dogs and people out all the time; it just feels like home.” The neighborhood offers homes on the lower end of the price range for the eastern Colorado Springs area, with easy access to shops, restaurants and anywhere in the city. Galloway says the centrality is one of the main reasons people move to Vista Grande.
