A small community less than 5 miles from downtown Columbia
With under 200 homes, Smithton Ridge reflects the small subdivision lifestyle of Columbia, Missouri. Here, this community features sidewalk-lined streets that stretch into cul-de-sacs and offer a quiet atmosphere for afternoon walks. Spacious, fenced-in backyards are perfect for letting dogs run free, or for children to play with their friends. For those seeking multifamily living options, Smithton Ridge is also home to the Smithton Crossings Condominiums. While primarily residential, competitively rated schools, nearby restaurants and easy access to downtown Columbia, or The District as locals call it, add to the community's appeal. Smithton Ridge's size also fosters a tight-knit community where neighbors know one another. "You'll see people you know at the grocery store," says local Realtor Alice Leeper with RE/MAX, and there's comfort in that.
