Desirable MidTown Columbus suburb
In Hilton Heights-Clubview Heights, charm is more than just a cliche. "I live here because of the charm," says resident and Realtor Lisa Raines with Keller Williams River Cities. "It's the kind of place where people love to get out and walk with children and dogs and look at the historic houses. We know our neighbors here. It's close to Lakebottom Park and the Columbus Country Club, so you can easily get outside. There are desirable schools nearby and restaurants within walking distance. It's just a very charming community and feels really special." The neighborhood is part of Columbus's historic MidTown district, putting residents in a central location that's highly desirable for buyers. Hilton Heights-Clubview Heights is also close to major employers like Aflac and Fort Benning.

Prices here range between $250,000 and $500,000, typically depending on the size of the homes and the level of interior renovations.
