In Hilton Heights-Clubview Heights, charm is more than just a cliche. "I live here because of the charm," says resident and Realtor Lisa Raines with Keller Williams River Cities. "It's the kind of place where people love to get out and walk with children and dogs and look at the historic houses. We know our neighbors here. It's close to Lakebottom Park and the Columbus Country Club, so you can easily get outside. There are desirable schools nearby and restaurants within walking distance. It's just a very charming community and feels really special."
