Suburban life near the outer belt
Parkview residents enjoy peaceful living on the suburban outskirts of Columbus. It's a neighborhood where children ride their bikes to friends' houses and adults host backyard cookouts. With direct access to Interstate 270, also known as Columbus' outer belt, the neighborhood offers a plethora of urban amenities. One of Columbus' biggest shopping malls is nearby, and teens benefit from a newly constructed high school. Residents also appreciate the neighborhood's access to outdoor recreation. Many folks take morning and evening strolls along Alum Creek, which forms the neighborhood's eastern border. As Columbus continues to grow, Parkview is expected to grow with it. "Intel is spending about $20 billion to build a plant about 15 minutes from Parkview," says Realtor Bhim Dulal, who sells houses in the neighborhood with RE/MAX ONE. The chip plant is scheduled to open in 2025.
