An established subdivision with access to outdoor amenities and proximity to Downtown Columbus
The Woods at Josephinum isn’t just known for its finely manicured lawns and proximity to a golf club; the neighborhood is also within a mile of dining, retail and one of Columbus’ largest public parks. Major freeways border the neighborhood, and commuters can hop on Ohio State Route 315 to reach Downtown Columbus in 14 miles. “This is a desirable, established Columbus suburb,” says Realtor Jack Curtis, who sells houses in the neighborhood with KW Consultants Realty. “It does deal with some congestion from the nearby freeways.” Whether it’s a day hiking through the woods or playing a round of golf, locals will always find activities to keep them outside.
