Single-family homes typically feature New Traditional architecture and fall between $450,000 and $650,000. Reunion, a new master-planned community with more inexpensive homes, has properties that start around $350,000. Townhouses and duplexes may go from $330,000 to $480,000. “This is a great option if you are looking for a newer home for less money,” Castro says. “Homes here are less expensive than in the Denver area, and you are likely to get a larger home with newer conveniences.”
