Walkable residential suburb

Kids can walk to school, families can walk to the park and commuters can easily get to Downtown San Francisco. Once known for its affordability, there has been a recent jump in housing prices in the neighborhood. “It used to be less pricey, but there was an influx of new residents from the South Bay and south of San Francisco during the COVID-19 pandemic that drove housing costs up,” says Realtor Amber Hom of Realm Real Estate. “I think people realized this was one of the last affordable, centrally located areas in the Bay Area.”
