The neighborhood is bordered to the north by Florida State Road 44, which conveniently runs from Crystal River to New Smyrna Beach on the Atlantic Ocean side of Florida. “It’s very easy to commute from there,” says Thao Le, a Realtor with Century 21 J.W. Morton Real Estate.
