On the neighborhood’s gentle, sloping hills, homebuyers can find Foursquare, Colonial-Revival and ranch-style properties. Prices range from the mid $200,000s to the upper $600,000s, making this a more affordable option for commuters to Massachusetts, where housing is more expensive. The facility includes a turf football field, tennis courts, basketball courts and a baseball diamond. In 2017, the facility underwent $3.5 million in renovations, making it a state-of-the-art multisport complex to be used by the neighborhood’s youth.
