Cuyahoga View is surrounded by outdoor beauty near downtown

Residents of Cuyahoga View get a first-hand view of the nature in Cuyahoga Falls, with heavily forested backyards near the river. “The parks scene is really strong in our area,” says Carol Morganti, Realtor with Re/Max Crossroads. People can easily access the trails at Cuyahoga Valley National Park or Cascade Valley Metro Park, and the baseball fields at Keyser Park are only a 4-mile drive. However, parks are not the only amenities nearby, with Downtown Cuyahoga Falls only about 2 miles away. These amenities and a diverse housing market help give Cuyahoga View – and the Falls as a whole – what Morganti calls “a well-rounded community for both residents and visitors.”

Prices generally range from $200,000 to $350,000, depending on location. Some of the houses farther south fall between $400,000 and $450,000. “The houses that we put up for sale go really quickly,” Morganti says. “It is very much in demand at this time.” Homes typically sell after only 10 days on the market, significantly faster than the national average of 46.
