"The type of buyer depends on the condition of the home,” says McGraw. “We see a lot of investors here.” There are also some mid-century modern and contemporary homes scattered in Glenview. Prices range from $230,000 to about $285,000. The neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks, and some homes sit closer to the road with small landscaping done.
