Space to spread out on Dallas’s north side
Timberglen, located in the Far North Dallas suburb, gives residents proximity to the Metroplex and space to spread out. There is something to do at every turn, whether it is hiking at the Guitar Gulch trail, golfing at the Bent Tree Country Club, or shopping or having lunch at one of the many local eateries. “It’s a great corridor, and there are beautiful areas. It’s different from our way north suburbs, where it’s new growth. It’s more established,” says Kimberly Woodard, a Dallas-metro native and Realtor for Ebby Halliday Realtors. While the area is filled with large luxury properties with sprawling yards to match, the price point is, on average, lower than its neighbors. Timberglen locals can also enjoy an inclusive community, reflected by the large concentration of multi denominational churches, mosques and temples in the business district along Midway Road.
