Small community of 200 homes

Tuscany Woods is a small community of 200 homes built between 2007 and 2017 and is conveniently close to Daytona's most popular attractions. Most homes are situated along Tuscany Chase Drive, encircling a small lake with a fountain. "People here like when they have amenities right in the neighborhood. Plus, with the beach so close, it's the best of both worlds," says Lenard. While some residences offer scenic views of the water from their backyards, others are back against dense woodlands. Leafy palm trees adorn the fronts of Craftsman bungalows and Mediterranean-style semi-custom designs, typically between 1,600 and 3,200 square feet. These homes feature neutral hues, soft tan and beige stucco exteriors and double-car garages. Residents enjoy easy access to the neighborhood recreation center, overseen by a homeowner's association (HOA), collecting a quarterly fee. Home prices vary, ranging from $325,000 for a three-bedroom to $425,000 for a four-bedroom residence. The area has a CAP Index Crime Score of 6 out of 10, slightly higher than the national average.
