Howard Park's quiet homes are 6 miles from downtown Dearborn
Howard Park offers rows of brick homes on tree-lined streets where residents can walk to a local elementary school and a public park. Located in the heart of Dearborn, the neighborhood is also near a country club, a golf course, a highly rated high school and local eateries. Because it was built out during the middle of the 20th century, there are lots of leafy, mature trees peeking out from front and backyards. “It’s a really safe area, it’s in a great school district and you’re just a minute from downtown Dearborn,” says Realtor Bilal Sabbagh of Keller Williams Legacy, who has worked in real estate in the area for the last six years.

Prices usually list for between $200,000 and $300,000, depending on size and whether a home has seen any renovations or additions.
