Most of Fairview consists of bungalows and ranch-style homes, with a few newer properties appearing on some of the streets. Bungalow homes can range from $120,000 to $299,981 and ranch-style homes range from $169,900 to $340,000. “The homes are old, but well kept,” Smith says.
