Various condo options
There are three distinct housing options here, most of them built in the 1980s: single-family homes, garden condos and midrise condos. Each residential building follows a Mediterranean-influenced design with light-colored stucco walls and red and brown tile roofs. The detached homes are generally ranch and two-story, with wide brick driveway and screened lanais. The lots tend to be compact but have enough space for two-car garages and more than 1,800 square feet of living space. Garden residences have modern architectural elements and screened porches. The midrise buildings feature spacious terraces and surface lot parking. Single-family houses don’t come on the market often, but they’ve recently sold for between $510,000 and $600,000. Condos sell for between $130,000 and $625,000. Monthly HOA fees range from $285 to $650.Stay onsite, or visit the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens
