Newport Bay Club
Lakeside Spanish Revivals with backyard pools
Newport Bay Club was primarily developed in the 1990s when the Spanish Revival style was popular in sunny South Florida. The neighborhood’s one- and two-story houses feature earthy stucco exteriors, terracotta barrel roof tiles and elegant arches. Prices range from $800,000 to $1.6 million, but with only seven homes sold in the past year, sales data in Newport Bay Club is limited. Homeowners tend to hold on to their properties, many of which are pool homes set on lakeside lots of up to a quarter-acre. The community is made up of four subdivisions: The Tides, Hampton Club, Copper Lake and The Estates. In addition to the master association, each subdivision is managed by its respective homeowners association, except for The Estates. Homeowners in The Estates maintain their own properties.Magnet programs at Spanish River Community High
Newport Bay Club is served by the School District of Palm Beach County. Calusa Elementary earns an A on Niche. Omni Middle earns an A-minus. Newport Bay Club is home to a newly renovated clubhouse and athletic center. The neighborhood also has a brand-new basketball court and playground. Other amenities include a spa, seven tennis courts, four pickleball courts and a pro shop. Governor Lawton Chiles Memorial Park spans 19 acres, offering open green space, bocce courts, horseshoe pits, a ballfield and a picnic pavilion. Across the street, locals and visitors head to the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. The space was once a Japanese agricultural community. Today it’s a museum of Japanese art, culture and horticulture. Its gardens are a history of Japanese garden design, blending lush styles from the eighth to the twentieth century.Shopping and dining on Jog Road

The Sea Kitchen offers contemporary and beautifully plated Asian fusion, from poke bowls and sushi rolls to bao buns and fried rice.Only 5 miles from Downtown Boca Raton
