Chadsey Condon offers vintage bungalows, brick foursquare homes, newer ranch-style homes, and restored bungalows. Home prices vary, with some as low as $23,000 for fixer-upper options to $185,000 for renovated homes. The median price of homes in the neighborhood is $95,000. “Chadsey Condon is a great option if you’re looking for diversity in homes, prices, and people,” says Rushing. “And it’s on the upswing with a lot of new developments.” The CAP Index crime score in the neighborhood is 6, which is slightly higher than the national average of 4.
