Between Fairfield Street and Livernois, the University of Detroit Mercy campus occupies a large swath of Martin Park. Besides this historic landmark and highly regarded Catholic university, Martin Park offers residents space from the lively atmosphere of downtown Detroit while sitting no more than eight miles from the city’s epicenter.

The fall is very beautiful and the temperatures are nice. It is Michigan, so the temperatures in the winter vary each week, but we usually get a lot of snow and are required to wear coats and boots to travel around comfortably.
