A neighborhood of single-story homes
Homes in Pulaski are small but still suitable for young professionals, families and retirees alike. With most of the neighborhood’s homes developed post-World War II, brick ranch-style homes and bungalows are Pulaski's most common home styles. Homes typically sell between $10,000 to $135,000, depending on the repairs needed. With homes needing work selling for lower prices than many other areas of the city, investors are active in the area, and fully renovated homes are easy to find. Homes are usually around 1,000 square feet and have little lawns and narrow driveways that sometimes reach small backyard garages. Townhouses in the neighborhood are not as abundant but can still be found on the market within a price range of $35,000 to $55,000.
You will find plenty of great home styles inside Pulaski, ranging from craftsmen to bungalow.
